Real Plumbers have good, prompt service. This was my first time using them, as the prior owner of the house had an annual contract, and we're currently using up the second half of the contract. Within twenty-four hours of the initial call, the tech was here and working on the unit. He was very knowledgeable and willing to problem-solve. Turns out an animal got into the power component, frying a part inside the machine. He found the issue, cleaned it out, and ordered the replacement part. It was a good experience and I'm very likely to use them again.
