I was not very satisfied with Real Plumbers. I had two outdoor faucets that were dripping, so I called them to come out and fix them. They said that it would be cheaper trying to fix them as opposed to replacing them due to the age of the house. I appreciated that, but I never got a written estimate from them. They did charge me $150 and put a cap on one of the faucets. They did not have a cap for the other one, and it is still dripping. I am not sure if they are coming back out or not with an estimate.
