In January 2019, my gas boiler went out. RP was able to get me an appointment quickly, which mattered in January because it was cold. Kevin came, assessed the problem and got everything working almost immediately. He made a couple of suggestions for future work that would ensure the health and easy maintenance of our boiler...which I promptly forgot about. I called on Friday 9/13 and asked if I could schedule the repair. Justin said he had to check to see if the part was in stock and asked about my availability to schedule. I joked, " next Monday's good", figuring no way, it'll never happen. Justin called me back - said he had the part, and they can come by on Monday. "How's 9am-12 noon as a window?" I nearly had to pick my jaw up off the floor. On Monday, I got a call from Kevin at 9am to tell me he was on his way. The job was done by 10-10:15am at the price quoted in January. Highly recommended!
