Having a hot water heater that sizzles and smokes is not a good thing. Happily, Real Plumbers sent us Robert that same day, who worked with our old house to install a new (and therefore physically larger) tank in the same location. He was careful, professional and very courteous, and if we ever experience another plumbing need, we will certainly call Real Plumbers.
