The serviceman, Curtis, was very courteous (no pun intended), in doing his job. He explained each process as he made adjustments to repair the problem.

My only problem with your service, is the cost!!! I paid $309.00 to get a stuck washer machine hose unstuck to a water faucet. The cost should have been at least half that amount. I like working with your company because you are my neighbor and I like using local businesses when I can. But, honestly, your cost is just too high. I am a senior citizen, and I have to be frugal in my budget. Also, I have not received a invoice from you for this service
