I was scheduled for between 8 am - 12 noon. I scheduled a half day of PTO from work only to receive a call saying the scheduled plumber would not be coming. However, they sent another plumber who arrived shortly after 12 noon and did a great job. He really fixed the problems, was personable and respectful. This has become my go to plumber.
