$2000 to replace my in warranty Takagi tankless water heater that’s less than 2 years old. I got quotes form others under $1500 but because we had no hot water and an Airbnb guest and leaving the country for 10 days I was stuck. Always have your replacement heater delivered to you as it was $300 for them to receive it alone.
Otherwise great customer service and on time and efficient.
