The problem the water feed it was replaced but not properly set the water stops at the low level point does not fill to the high point and now the thermostat has somehow been bypassed where we can no longer turn the heater off using the thermostat . The heater is still not working properly it is said there is a leak yet we checked everywhere and cannot find one the repair tech wants to tear the pipes out and rearrange them which would be extremely costly and the pipes don't need to be rearranged we are totally disgusted the repair tech was kind and friendly but we are totally disgusted
