Kevin, the technician, as always made a thorough but quick assessment of the problem. Kevin explained what he determined/found and what he would do to remedy the problem. So far, it seems he made the correct decision. He also gave me advice as to what I should do on a regular basis to prevent the oily water build up in my commode tank.
