I've been using these folks since the very early '90s when a snow/ice storm caused a major water pipe failure that was threatening to floods my lower level & the plumbers I had been using for years would not help. Luckily I had a good frend who was a real state broker & property manage -- I called her in desperation to ask if she knew anyone who would help me out right then & there. Without a moment's hesitation she said, "Call Dave Warner & use my name." That I did; he answered the phone & I told him the water line was flooding the outside entry & not able to go down gthe drain because it was forzen solid & the water was edging very close to over-topping my outer threshold & would soon be pouring inside. Bottom line: I've used them ever since & recommended them to others & I have never been disappointed with my on-going relationship!
