Service needs improvement

Called to unclog toilet and assess standing water in basement. Determined water was coming from new AC unit which was still under warranty. Toilet was not unclogged because technician wanted $379 to do service. I told him that was too high (I can buy a new toilet and have it installed for that price). He called his mgr and reduced the price to $189 which I thought was still extremely high a price, so I declined his service. I paid the $89 service charge and will probably not use your service again.

I understand the customer concern about our prices being too high for her. To be honest our prices are not the cheapest. We provide industry standard pricing. For unclogging a toilet the price may vary depending on a number of factors. For this customer our technician gave her our lowest pricing possible and then our Service Manager reduced the price even further. It is unfortunate that we were above this customer's price range and I do hope that she is able to find a plumber in her price range so that she can have her plumbing issue fixed. We strive to provide good and fair pricing and great service, not cheap service. We try to give our customers our best pricing possible however we understand that we may not be the cheapest.
