I woke up to water all over the floor down in my basement. I thought the water heater had a leak so I called the plumber. When he got to my house he discovered it was not the water heater but a clog in the condensation hose to my air conditioner With some help on the phone he was told how to fix the problem. He did and he vacuumed up the water. This ‘real plumber’ was an all-around handyman and I really appreciate it.
