The Heat Depot has been extremely professional and courteous. My wife & I Purchased a Carrier Furnace and a Amana Air Conditioner. We also had them do the AeroSeal for our air duct. I am a retired general contractor and have to say in all my years it was very rare to run across companies that cared about the customer 1st! Those companies always wanted to sell you their products regardless if there was a better product available.
Kyle & Mike took all the time necessary to show me many different Brands as well as explain all the different features regarding the equipment choices.
Not only were they patient and reasonable with us, their pricing and service exceeded everyone else that we took bids from.
