Heat depot called me with an offer to come clean and check our furnace, since I had not done that this year yet I made an appointment. Tony came out checked it thoroughly. He unfortunately found a gas leak, as well as a very dirty furnace. He told me he could repair it, which would be pretty expensive, but recommended replacing our furnace since it is over twenty years old. He showed me all that was wrong with it, as well as what was more than likely going to break in the near future. He said he could fix it, but would hate to be called back in a month because of another problem. I told him I would like my husband to be home so he could tell him what was going on before making any decisions. "of course" he said and made a arrangements to come back later that day with his boss [Justin} to explain it to him. I was very impressed with that. They came back later and again explained to my husband. They went over their products with us and prices and all their plans. We told them we wanted to get another estimate before making a final decision. We did that and after thinking it over and talking to the manager of Heat Depot several times we went with them. These guy's bent over backwards to make things work for us. Although the guys coming out to install the furnace were late, they called us several times and apologized, and reassured us that they would be here that day no matter what. {they were hung up on a difficult job that made them late}. When they got here they did an excellent job installing it and going over everything with us. They left my house clean, and said to call if there were any problems at all and they would be here immediately. No problems! We have a new furnace and no gas leak. Thank you to everyone at Heat Depot that was involved with us during this hiccup in our life. Sorry for not remembering all your names. You were all awesome!
