We called The Heat Depot to have someone come out and clean the major drum of our HVAC unit. They said it was going to take 2 hours, and were going to charge us an exorbitant amount of money, because of how long it would take. The guy that came to our house was only here, at the house, for half an hour. The other half he was in the van. Not even 2 hours. But, we paid him, and he left. Turns out, he didn't hook up the thermostat. I called them back, and they wanted to come back and charge us more to fix the issue that the guy didn't do. But, they came and took care of it. We had someone from public service with our energy provider come by, and he told us the drum from our HVAC unit was still dirty. They did not do a very good job. We will never call them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
