I had a problem with my heating system and knew someone who works at The Heat Depot. The first installer that came out was not able to fix the heating system so they scheduled a different installer for the following day. I think the first technician just didn't have the necessary experience. They did get the problem resolved and both of these technicians were timely and professional. Despite having to schedule the second day I would use them again!
