Tri-County Climate Control initially installed the furnace in my house about 10 years ago. The HVAC technician really worked to find the problem, get a diagnosis, and then fix the problem. Later the same technician called me to make sure that the furnace was working as the temperature was negative 6 degrees. The office also followed up with a call, checking to make sure that everything had been taken care of to our satisfaction. They took good care of us.
