Dear Emy~ We are pretty disappointed!
Your technician arrived promptly on our scheduled service date of May 27. He was very friendly and courteous and we enjoyed speaking with him.
The disappointment comes with him not having the correct filter and not so much that--but we are still without the correct filter.
We received your bill and paid it thru our bank including the $45 for a filter. Hindsight being twenty twenty we should have waited to pay until the filter was delivered. If we had not paid you the $45 we could have gone and purchased the correct filter.
In twenty six years of having service performed on our furnace/air conditioner we have not experienced waiting for a filter.
Today is the second of June and we do not have the correct filter!
