I had a new heat pump system installed in 2017. We had some problems with the heat pump and had to have the defective unit replaced.
I can say that Tri County did everything they could to fix the problem before Lennox authorized the replacement unit. We have been using the new unit for about a year with no problems and are completely satisfied. I can't say enough about how hard Kris (technician) and Emy (owner) worked to resolve the issue and make things right.
