Emy with Tri County Climate Control went way above what I ever could of imagined and helped me get my rebate for my heat pump. She also sent me step by step instructions via email to set up my app for the new heat pump! I absolutely cannot thank her enough for going the extra mile for me!

Tri County Climate Control worked very well with my contractor and construction team and I never heard anything bad from anyone about their work!

Just a quick note about the back story: I had to do an entire remodel due to flooding. There was a lot that needed replaced. Everything from windows, carpeting and flooring. The heat pump also had to be replaced and upgraded. With everyone that I dealt with for this, including my contractor, Tri County Climate Control was absolutely the best! I have zero complaints about them and my heat pump is the quietest I have ever had! I love, love, love it!
