We first used Tri County Climate Control about a year ago when they came out to install our air conditioner unit. We began having concerns because after it was installed, we began having some problems. So, they told us we just needed some extra parts, which were unnecessary, but were charged anyway. Plus, since they had installed our system, we were told our first maintenance service would be free. That happened not too long ago. We just received a bill for it. Now my husband will try and work with them, taking time out of his day to sort this out. The tech who came out was great, and he was very thorough.
But, we were disappointed with the overall experience.
