I have been using Tri County Climate Control for almost a decade. I am a contractor, and I used them exclusively for all the new heat system and fireplace installations on new construction homes. I continue to use them because they provide excellent customer service. When they tell you they are going to be there, they are there. Sometimes, they are able to get there sooner, and they do that, too. On this current project we are working on, I expected them next week, but they ended up with an opening, and they let me know they could slip me in if I wanted them to - and of course, I did.

It is a very cooperative working relationship that I have with Tri County Climate Control. The guys WANT to come to my jobs because I'm not a contractor that yells and screams about things. If there is an issue, and we have to put it off for another day, then we just put it off for another day. They are excellent at communicating with me and letting me know everything I need to know during every step of each job. If they have to respond to an emergency service, they go do that and come right back as soon as they can. One of the emergencies they had to deal with one day happened to be in my personal home, and they came and took care of me right away. Whenever we have super cold days, they try to get people out to those as quickly as possible because they know there is no other source of heat. I would definitely recommend Tri County Climate Control to both contractors looking to work exclusively with one company on many jobs as well as individuals who just need help with a one-time replacement or repair!
