I called Tri County when our furnace blower went out. This was on a Friday so when the tech, Phil, told us that our 2-stage blower was not an item they stocked I expected to go through at least the weekend and probably longer without heat. Phil returned to our house on Saturday morning with a blower motor he had found in his salvage pile to see if he could make it work for us until we could make the repair. He was successful and did this on his own time - refusing to take any money for his effort.

That kind of service is beyond rare and made a huge difference to my family. On top of that, their rates were competitive. A great combination.
