Frustrated with Lennox

Most of Chris' time was spent on hold with tech support.
The diagnostic code indicated a problem, the Lennox
tech and Chris discussed a possible solution. They
decided to try shortening the length of a hose to change the angle of flow. Chris said that this may or may
not be a permanent fix to the problem. If the problem
is known, why can't it be repaired permanently?

I understand your frustration with Lennox. Unfortunately, we are at their mercy on things like this. It's not always a simple answer. This unflattering review is toward us, Not Lennox... We are doing everything possible to get a solution to your intermittent problem
