Very different - and nice
Separate buildings for memory care and assisted living, which is desirable. Memory care design is different, more a home like setting with separate wings for higher functioning and higher acuity. Also 9 to 15 foot ceiling heights make it much less institutional in feel. Site includes a lake and three ponds, also unusual. Deficiency free rating by the State of Florida
