I really thought Joy Roberts was a great ED . Now we have this new one here and she does not act like she knows any thing about Seniors . Never has time to meet any one and is always closed up in her office with the new one she just hired .that thinks she is a Barbe . Joy always had time for her residents . I looking now to find another buliding to move my mother to . There not much ever going on here .
