I have a maintenance contract with Reliable Comfort Inc. It seems like every time they come out to do maintenance on the furnace and the air unit, within two or three weeks something breaks and they have to come back out for a service call with something needing to be replaced! It just seems odd that something would break after they have been out to service the units! I purchased this furnace from them and it turned out that it was a discontinued furnace and now they are having issues with finding parts for replacement when repairs are needed! They also installed the duct work and the whole system. I just feel that the unit itself and the maintenance should stop some of the repair issues that we are having, especially since they were just in to service the unit! At this point, I am not very happy with the maintenance agreement or the unit itself. I don't ever see the same technician come out either which is a concern when dealing with issues of the maintenance person. During this last repair, the technician told me that he topped off all the fluids and I do not understand why that had to happen when the maintenance technician came out to inspect it, why didn't he top off the fluids? So at this point, I am not very happy with the unit and again not very happy with the maintenance of the unit due to the many repairs and the discontinued unit!
