I think, firstly, it is important to note that I filled out this review only 8 days post-op. So, my rating is based primarily on my pre-op and the small post op experience I've had thus far. However, having said that, both Dr Tattelbaum and his staff were knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, friendly, caring and professional. I have had previous plastic surgery (a tummy tuck -- I've had these procedures, the tummy tuck and breast lift,, augment, because of weight loss) and I was not very satisfied with the Doctor, his staff, the results, or the experience as a whole and as such I have spent the past 8 years searching for a doctor to perform my breast lift and augmentation. I have gone to almost 20 consultations with different doctors in the NE USA. I must admit that my criteria in selecting a doctor this time was demanding. I asked a lot of questions. I demanded to see as much of the doctor's work that I could. I have done a lot of research by this point. One of the things that initially impressed me with Dr. Tattelbaum was that he spend over an hour with me during a FREE consultation. No other doctor I had seen previously spent so much time with me for free. He also showed me both what he considered his best work and the work he considered not as good. (All of which I considered far better than the vast majority of the work I had seen of other doctors at other consultations) I was also impressed with the natural look he was able to achieve with implants and his meticulous suture work. My objective was to have the most natural looking breast I could possibly achieve. I wanted a size that worked for my frame. I was looking for a result that was as close to my natural breast before it was ruined with weight gain and loss. At this point, only 8 days post op, it is yet to be seen how natural I will look, but aesthetically I am already delighted with the dramatic improvement Dr. Tattelbaum has given me. Dr. Tattelbaum also made sure to always provide me with all the facts and thus allowing me to have completely realistic expectations about not only my outcome but also the process as a whole and what other possible procedures may have to occur in the future because I am a wight loss patient. His staff was ALWAYS kind, considerate and efficient. I've never had a long wait, either in office or on the phone, and I was always made to feel as comfortable as possible. I am also posting detailed pictures of my entire process and will continue to do so. I hope that both the review and these pictures will help someone else get the quality of work they deserve during an often stressful and certainly important decision making process.
