I can't say enough great things about ASP. I had a really bad experience with a prior company in my previous home, so I was extremely careful on who I chose this time around to do doors and windows in my new home. ASP went above and beyond in every way to make sure that I left a satisfied customer. It goes without saying that construction work never goes 100% smoothly, but with ASP they did everything in their power to make sure that all was done to our satisfaction. I am an extremely picky customer and have an eye for detail and they were more than happy to do everything to my liking. So many people were involved to make it possible. Jason SpiegeIman was the sales representative that I first got to meet. He was extremely knowledgable and so patient with me even though it took me a long time to decide what doors and windows to go with. Sergio was very helpful dealing with the permit process in the city of Coral Gables. Nathalie and Rocio were great to deal with at the main office. The installer Rolando did the installation with as little of a mess as possible. Rony did the best plaster job. My walls look so smooth and brand new. Michel, the installation supervisor was absolutely wonderful. He came in after the installation and worked on all the detail work that I asked for. Thank you for the beautiful detail work Michel. Then, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a visit from the owner himself, Jonathan Rodriguez, along with the sales representative, Alex from TM doors and windows which is the manufacturing company I chose to go with. They do house visits to personally check all the work themselves. I couldn't believe it! I've never seen a company to do that! They gave me everything I asked for and more.
