We've been working with W.F. Smith for as long as I can remember! We've been here in the community for 20 years and about three years ago we decided it was time for a new heating and AC unit and had them install it for us. We had a marvelous experience with a representative named John, who I always ask for specifically. All due respect to their other techs, but he serves us very well and we like working with him. We've had no problems with the unit since installation and we've actually saved some money on our energy bill too. We are on their scheduled maintenance contract where they come out in the spring and fall to check on things, detect any minor problems, and do the regular cleaning. We've had good experiences with that as well. We have seen the rates go up every year, so it would be nice if they were lower, but that's about the only thing I can complain about. Their service has been consistently excellent, John is a pleasure to work with, and Shelly has been great to work with as well. They're always there for us when we need them.
