Great people, but sometimes have to make a return visit to complete repair.
Rick and Rays Auto Plaza came highly recommended to me by my son and some of my friends. The guys there are very nice, but sometimes, when I tell them what is wrong with my car, I get the impression they aren't taking careful notes. I just had a belt replaced and now the car is vibrating very badly, which is a new problem since the repair. Other times when I've brought my car in, the repair is not quite done thoroughly and I end up taking it back in for follow-up. The guys at Rick and Rays Auto Plaza are always nice about it but it can be inconvenient.
