I have been going to Rick and Rays Auto Plaza for about fifteen years now and, overall, it's been a good experience. I'll definitely keep going there. They do good work. They know what they'er doing. I have confidence in them to make the repairs I need and to do it in a first class manner. Their pricing is pretty fair. Their technicians are communicative and keep me updated on what's going on. Their customer service is good and there are no long waits. I i just like them; they're very nice people!
