I had a negative experience with Rick and Rays Auto Plaza. They didn't fix the problem with my car and when I asked them about it, they were very catty to me. I had my car towed in to get a repair job and I couldn't get my spare off. It was locked in place and I needed help with that. They patched the damaged tire but they didn't they fix the spare. When I went to pick up my car, I asked them about it and they said the spare was in a really weird location, etc. I said I already knew all that, which is why I hadn't been able to get to it. But had they done the job. They hadn't.
