We had a really good experience our first time using Rick and Rays Auto Plaza. We had a rat that crawled up into the car and was killed inside the fan, so there was a weird noise every time we turned on the fan and it smelled really bad. We took our car in, they diagnosed the problem and worked on a solution. They let us know what they would have to do to get the rat out and started working on it right away. They ended up getting the rat out and cleaning out the fan unit so that it wouldn't smell. Overall great customer service and very happy that they were able to deal with our out of the ordinary issue!
