Ray, of Rick and Ray's, greeted me with a handshake and happily offered to help me with my issue upon walk-in: a back tailgate whose automatic working had failed and a ripped bumper. These guys went to work, assessed, showed me the solution, told me the price, and had me out of there within an hour - WITH an oil change! Love that! Although my body work is not normally in their line of service, they did what they could to get me a temporary fix, which is exactly what I wanted. Excellent service. The waiting room even smelled great. I'll certainly refer friends!
