The crew that came out ended up not doing what we agreed on.  I signed a contract to install a new water line without disrupting my front yard.  The whole reason I went with a TRENCHLESS company was to AVOID ruining my yard. But the TRENCHLESS Co cut up my turf and dug a trench to install the pipe instead. This was without my consent nor did I sign a new contract accepting this. Then they cut the turf into multiple pieces and did a terrible job trying to match it back up to how it was originally.  The crew that came to repair it did not lay down sand or the weed block which they left all bunched up uderneath the turf. There are holes and gaps in the turf and when i pulled it up i found a flag that marked the underground pipes barried.  They cuts they did to the turf are jagged and will never match up correctly and must be replaced.  When I called to talk to the manager he told me it was already cut and his crew didn't cut it.  That is $@!#%, because when it was installed originally it was one piece.  I attached pictures of the the botched fix.  I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the payment I made to this co. If they cannot replace the materials and fix it properly i will be seeking a partial refund to repair their damage so it can be fixed properly.

In addition, my copper pipes were not wrapped in 10mil tape and the pictures they took of the pipes under my driveway were never sent to me after multiple requests. I finally received them after the job was completed from the girl answering the phones. She was the only one who I received the most assistance from. Would never recommend and a "1" review is too high but they didn't have a choice of "0".
