Our experience with Trenchless has been awesome from the beginning. We've known we had a problem for probably two years, but the initial estimate we got was pretty intense. Then, after watching the Property Brothers battle in San Francisco, I learned about trenchless plumbing!

Rahm came out with his cameras and spent a lot of time assessing and explaining the problem and the solution in detail. We had three different types of old useless pipe and Rahm combined their various solutions to come up with a quote. His enthusiasm for plumbing was quite impressive! The company was patient with us as we held of immediate service to gather our finances. Once we gave the thumbs-up, Trenchless scheduled us within the week!

When Jay and Wilfredo arrived to do the work they were friendly and professional. They finished early both days of the job (a real bonus when you're waiting to "try out" the plumbing...) and cleaned up after both days of the job as well. They communicated with us throughout the process so we would know when it was time to stay clear of the faucets etc. It's hard to spend money on something you can't "see" every day - so it's great when a company makes you feel comfortable with the work they are doing.
