I contacted Trenchless and they responded immediately, sending a skilled technician out the same day. Pedro was able to unclog our drain within just about 15 minutes, , after we had been without a kitchen sink for three days. We requested a camera inspection which was included in the service call. It showed heavy debris still remaining in our 30 year old pipes so we scheduled a hydraulic water jet cleaning. We appreciated the ability to see the camera video for ourselves, both before and after the cleaning. John Cronin did a great job. He was thoughtful of our needs and home and worked efficiently. Trenchless has mastered the use of technology in both their communication and work tools. We were contacted every step of the way, even to sending photos of the technician coming to our home, and a GPS program showing how soon he would arrive. We are pleased with both the service and the reasonable fees charged. We highly recommend this company and it’s fine employees.
