Everyone I met and talked with at The Trenchless Company were very friendly and professional. I liked the technicians who were at my house for three full days. But ... They showed up nearly two hours later than scheduled. Twice. And although I trust that they did a good job on the plumbing itself, they were sloppy, didn't quite finish off the details, and left behind a mess for me to clean up afterwards: beyond the normal construction dust and grime that I know to expect.
