Well as the summary says, I had and emergency with a toilet flooding up and into the bathroom that ended up coming from the washing machine. A tech was out the same day, cleared the clog, and got us back on track. Another Tech came out two days later to discuss other issues found during the clog repair, and we were left better off than where we started with some info on how to fix these other items and choices to do so.
