While the sewer line was cleared, I was a bit disappointed that the tech did not go any further to make sure the entire line was all clear. He only went as far as it took to remove the blockage - 1/2 way.

I have used Trenchless a year ago and felt it was a good call. The line was not plugged then, but it was cleared of any impending issues by going all the way down the line.

I believe in preventive maintenance even if there are no issues and there wasn't any then. Yet the tech went all the way to make sure it was clear (camera). The tech did not do that this time. Disappointment.
