We contacted The Trenchless Company on Thursday Morning March 5th after the contractor we had hired, backed out of repairing our main water line coming from the curb to the main shutoff valve at the house. We were referred to The Trenchless Company by a long time friend who had recently used the company to make repairs at her home.

Thursday afternoon, a representative from The Trenchless Company came to our home, reviewed the area of concern, reviewed the work that completed by the previous contractor, felt that The Trenchless Company could complete the repairs needed. At that time we were loosing 1.3 gallons of water per minute.
Friday afternoon we were contacted by the Install Coordinator to schedule repairs to our water line for Wednesday March 11th. Monday afternoon we received a call from the Service Coordinator that they could move the repair date to Tuesday morning.
Tuesday morning the repair team arrived and started working to locate the water leak. After exposing the water pipe where the leak detection company said where the leak was occurring, no leak was found. Wednesday afternoon 3/11, the detection team out. With in 10 minutes, they located the leak. We received a call a few hours later that they would be out Thursday 3/12 to complete repairs.
Thursday morning 3/12, a representative arrived and began to complete the repair on the main water line. They used materials that were above the current standards and the repairs were completed by 3:00 that day.
In summary, every person we came in contact from The Trenchless Compay were very professional, extremely caring and understanding of the situation. We will recommend The Trenchless Company to anyone we can. Thank you.
