Our sewer line clogged and starting backing up into our house on a Saturday afternoon. We thought that the house and water-related items would be down until Monday or later. A Saturday night call to Trenchless was answered by a pleasant rep (Aimee) who was able to schedule us for an early Sunday appointment. The tech, Matthew, showed up on time, diagnosed our problem, and had our main line cleared within the hour. Matthew's skills were great in explaining the problem (tree roots), informing us of the process (hydro-jetting) and answering all of my silly questions in a courteous and professional way.
