I have a clogged sink, my wife called on Friday they came out Saturday to snake the line, when they snaked they had to from inside the house they undid the pipe with out any pan underneath water went all over my kitchen floor and flooded my cabinet. The tech worked on the drain 10 min and said he need other equipment “a Top Gun” and he did not have it on him. Our tech said I will call it out and you will have someone out Monday morning. The Monday morning is here my wife did not get a call then when she did the customer service agent said there is nothing for today it will have to be tomorrow some time. She also said she spoke to the tech and he suggested get a more seasoned tech out to look at clogg. Now we are at three days in I am extremely disappointed because I had them out before and the cleared the line fine. I thank they have more inexperienced employees now working for them. Also there customer service is lacking. I will go with someone else next time I would not recommend to my friend family and my place of work that have used at our 100 stores over the years
