We had a disaster one evening when the washing machine and dishwasher drained into the toilet located between the laundry room and kitchen. It flooded all 3 rooms.. I called at 4 pm on Friday and they would have come out, but I said we could wait until Saturday.. They located and removed the clog and were done in less than 1 hour. Thank you Xavier and Lee!
