How to better service the client
Your tech could have easily removed and replace the p-trap and offered to do so for a small fee rather than the $220 that he quoted. Instead we removed the trap while he waited and wasted his time. He could have remove the p-trap and replaced it much faster and would have made a reasonable fee for his work.
just a thought.
