I used Termite Guy recently at a home that was being sold and was pretty happy with the results and how the work went. The only problem I had while the work was being done is that when Termite Guy came to do the inspection the buyer was there, and was told that they would replace a certain wooded area so the woods would match and look good, and when the workers came out to do the job, they didn't do that part of the work, which would have been very obvious to the buyer after being shown the area. Once we communicated with them, they came out and did the correct replacement and got everything in order. Though the work was done well in the end, it seems as though the inspector who comes out needs to do a better job communicating what needs to be done to the workers, so they know exactly what work is to be expected. I got a call today from the house telling me that everything turned out well and they did a great job with quality work. I will continue to use the services from Termite Guy, though I would say they could work on their communication a bit.
