I found out about The Termite Guy from the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors & thought I would give them a try.

The Termite Guys subcontracts the work to another company. After the tent came off I notified The Termite Guy via email and let them know that WE WERE BURGLARIZED. I also called and spoke to TINA & her Supervisor David to share our unfortunate situation. They were VERY ROBOTIC to us & unsympathetic which made us feel lost after that. We asked David if he could get the names of the workers that worked on our home and he just said, "You're going to have to call that company for that". Our thought's were since WE CONTRACTED WITH THE TERMITE GUY, and not "that company", we felt that David or Tina would be willing and able to assist us through this CRISIS. I asked Davis if he knew of any other complaints like ours with "that company", and he told us, "YES, two other times". Our concern is that they still subcontracted the work to "that company" with this knowledge. The Termite Guy basically washed their hands of us and told us to deal directly with 'that company". The Termite Guy treated us with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We are so sorry that your house was robbed during the fumigation. Yes, we did not perform your fumigation we subbed it out to the fact that we were to completing any work on Christmas Eve. We closed the office and gave everyone the 24th, 25th and 26th off. we informed you that we were not performing fumigations during the days that you wanted. We then told you that we could sub it out to another company that was working on those days. You needed those days and chose to go with the subbed out job. Due to the neighborhood of which yo live we offered to deliver our trailer to the house in which you could stay at during the fumigation. You notified us that you owned a security company and that none of this would be necessary. Upon discovering that your house was broken into we asked that you notify the police and make a police report. This is standard protocol, we assume that the police would do their investigation and that no further followup would be necessary. We pride ourselves on our service and am truly sorry for the robbery of your home, however, certain things are out of our control. We have purchased two travel trailers and have them available for rental during fumigations, we live scan all employees and their fingerprints are on file with the local police department. We can only do what we can do.
