Termite Guy is great. I've used them for two of my properties. With one of them, they did a contract for treatments that I've had no complaints with. It was an easy experience. For both of them, they did monthly rodent proofing, and quarterly air control with just one of them. They always do everything on time and as needed and are just a great company.

Just from a general standpoint, they always make it easy and they have great response time, which is great since I don't have time to vendor around. They get things done or send proposals back to me immediately. They also have very good pricing compared to other companies as well. I'm very happy with their services.
