On behalf of the Board of Directors of Village Townhomes, Inc. a three hundred-six (306) unit community in Huntington Beach, I would like to extend to you a letter of thanks and recommendation as a result of your outstanding performance of a full tenting project of all thirty-seven (37) buildings.
The commitment provided to the association for the several weeks leading up to the community project and seeing it through five phased weeks was impeccable and made everyone feel at ease knowing that your staff handled every homeowner with diligence and urgency, resolving any issue promptly and to everyone’s satisfaction.
We would also like to give specific thanks to your staff members Nikki Seeman and Dave Lichtenwalter. Knowing that they were onsite providing excellent customer service throughout the entire project, it allowed the Board of Directors and myself, the community manager, a restful night’s sleep every night knowing that we could count on them at a moment’s notice to handle any concerns.
